Nicole Pellegrin

         Hi there! My name is Nicole (she/they), and I am a movement artist born and raised in Houma, LA, where I fell in love with my favorite holiday (Mardi Gras, of course!), and developed a long-standing appreciation for both dance and music. An energetic child, I dabbled in gymnastics, cheerleading, and dance, and I later began assisting dance conventions with the Tremaine Performance Company while attending high school full-time. That journey led me to Montclair State University, where I graduated with a BFA in Dance and a minor in Musical Theatre in May of this year! 

         Creatively, I believe that movement is at its most compelling when it functions as a mirror—showcasing to spectators a reflection of the full breadth of their humanity. At this junction of my artistic journey, I am passionate about working in a wide range of collaborative spaces that value connection, versatility, and individuality— encouraging me to incorporate my full, authentic self into my work.

         A Virgo and a maker at heart, I love to use my free time to bake treats and crochet gifts for my family and friends, and I also enjoy learning new music on my guitar and reading!
